1. Our Standard We want you to love your SPICED DICE wardrobe. If a piece doesn’t fit or suit your style, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your clothing must be in pristine, resellable condition:
- Unworn and Unwashed: Garments must be entirely unworn and unwashed.
- No Stains or Odors: Items must be completely free of makeup, deodorant marks, self-tanner, perfume, and pet hair.
- Original Tags: All original brand tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) must still be attached to the garment.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear (if the hygiene liner has been removed).
- Jewelry and hair accessories.
- Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events.
4. Return Process and Shipping Costs To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the garment arrived defective or an incorrect item was sent.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and passes inspection by our quality control team, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
