1. Order Processing We process and pack all apparel orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options.
3. International Shipping SPICED DICE LIMITED ships globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees applied by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If your clothing arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check your surroundings and with your local carrier. SPICED DICE LIMITED is not liable for packages that are stolen or lost after the carrier confirms delivery.
